Seminars

Seminars are usually one-day but can also be two-day seminars depending on which level is being taught and the number of participants. It is important that there is enough time for the attunements and for learning and practicing the different Reiki techniques.

All courses are held at Natural Healing In Brighton, Saltdean in groups of no more than 4 people (If you wish to complete a course alone this can also be arranged) Refreshments including herbal teas, juice, water and healthy snacks are provided. Natural Healing In Brighton is located just 20 metres from the Downs so there is opportunity to get fresh air or take a reflective walk over lunch. Please wear comfortable clothing. You will need pen and paper.

A purification phase follows each Reiki seminar. This phase lasts 21 days. The purification process is automatic; it is a means of de-toxification for both body and mind. However, during these 21 days the student must also contribute to the process by giving themselves a whole reiki treatment each day. It is advisable to write a diary during this time to document emotions, feelings, symptoms...

Reiki Level One

This level is primarily for self healing. During the course you will be attuned to the Reiki energy through a series of attunements. Once you have received the attunements, the Reiki energy will flow through you giving you the gift of healing. You will feel a vastly increased level of energy.
You will also learn the history and principles of Reiki and the basic hand positions for self treatment, including First Aid. Plenty of time is given for supervised practical experience and you will look at how Reiki can be used in every-day situations to promote change and improve the quality of your life.

Reiki Level Two

This level is for those who have integrated the Reiki energy into their lives for three months and who are ready to undertake a further committment and responsibility as you learn to heal others, both present and distant.
As well as improving the healing potential of others, your own insight and intuitive ability will be enhanced. Your on going process of self discovery, development, and healing will be greatly accelerated and thus bring more abundance into all areas of your life. Further attunements connect you to higher energies and the powers of the keys that are used at this level (see level two The Reiki Levels The keys will enable you to practice healing on others, including plants and animals. You will also be able to send Reiki to those not present.

REiki level three - Reiki Master

Attunements

During the Reiki Attunement the personal energy level and vibration is increased. But if this energy is to be sustained and even strengthened for ones personal development then Reiki should be used regularly - in the form of a self-treatment. This will rid the body of toxins and other harmful substance and balance the mind, body and soul.

The biggest changes will be noticeable in the first 21 days after the attunement (during the purifying phase). Over these 21 days the seven chakras are tuned to their new energy levels. During this time it is helpful to write a diary to record all changes to the mind, body and soul.
